Our Story

Scott and Julie Fountain are a Husband/Wife Team that both grew up in the North GA Mountains and still Live, Work, and Play here today! Scott & Julie have been Awarded the #1 Small Team for North GA from the Year they started together in 2017, Every year through 2021. In 2021, they were also awarded through RE/MAX one of the highest honors, The Diamond Club Award, and #11 in the Entire World for RE/MAX Teams. With such high volume and 5 children at home, they added two great additions to the team in 2022 to help better serve clients. Our team specializes in New Builds, Buying, and Selling in the Ellijay area. With our extensive knowledge of the area and Market, Attentive Communication Skills, and Eagerness to Help- We are Here to Make your Mountain Dreams Come True!
